No booking is secure until an email confirmation has been sent stating booking has been accepted.

All cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice - less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the cost of the service.

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge of the cost of the service which must be paid prior to re-booking any further appointments.

No shows will not be tolerated and will automatically be blocked from making any further bookings.

Any bookings that require a booking fee are not refundable.

Dermal Filler is made up from Hyaluronic acid which is a clear crystal gel used to restore loss of volume, smoothing lines and re-modelling a facial profile.

Dermal Fillers are an enhancement and sometimes once injected they can enhance features that weren’t noticed previously (lumps & bumps) Naturally these tend to disperse over the healing period (3 weeks) but sometimes they don’t and are undetectable to the eye but felt.

Having dermal filler treatments are solely down to the individuals choice, Dolled Up will always advise the best treatment/amount of filler used and will retain the right to say no to a client for their best interest.

If any client has previously been to another practitioner who has used a different brand of filler the individual is solely responsible for understanding the risks involved in mixing different brands of fillers and Dolled Up will not be held responsible for any unsatisfactory results.

If an individual is dissatisfied with their treatment this must be reported to Dolled Up within 48 hours of the treatment time and will be given an appointment for no extra charge.

Anything past this time or under certain circumstances a fee will incur.

All Aesthetic treatments require a booking fee prior to appointments - appointment is not confirmed until this is paid.

Hair extension appointments require an upfront cost to source the hair.

Before having any hair extensions fitted you must attend a consultation/colour match and complete a consultation form.

Upon having hair extensions fitted you are solely responsible for the aftercare and maintenance to keep your natural hair and extensions in the best condition.

Colouring/Toning - You are liable for any colouring and toning of extensions and once coloured you will not receive any compensation for dissatisfaction.

Once having extensions fitted you have 24 hours to report any issues/concerns - anything over this will incur a fee for time.
